1 year ago today, our sweet little Jackman was just that...a teeny tiny little wee-bit of a Toots man weighing in at 8lbs, 2oz and 20 3/4" long. Today? Well, today our little monster is 24lbs and 32" long. He's basically grown a foot and tripled his weight. Holy moly! Which gets me thinking, what if we (as in adults) grew at the same rate of infants/ babies in their first year? We'd all be giants!

SO, What IS our little dude up to?
Well, he...
- LOVES dancing - will dance to absolutely any music whatsoever and it. is. hilarious. and. precious!!!!
- winks at people
- sticks out his tongue when asked
- can mimic words and things you ask him to
- can mimic facial expressions (winking, sticking out tongue, etc.)
- will eat absolutely anything (this is not limited to things he finds on the floor)
- loves being outside
- is practically walking full-time
- loves reading stories with Mommy and NanNan
- is wearing all 12 and 12-18 month clothing
- LOVES bathtime, but not lotion time
- poops 3 times a day minimum (kid is seriously regular and full of it, apparently)
- LOVES driving his new "Cozy Coupe Truck"
- loves swinging
- talks and talks and talks and talks and talks some more
- puts himself to sleep every single night and sleeps through the night
- throws a littel tantrum if he doesn't get his way
- is verrrrrrry inquisitive
- can throw like no other (kid seriously has one heck of an arm)
- LOVES to climb...ANYTHING
- LOVES his family
- loves couch diving
- gives "high fives"
- flirts
- LOVES the ladies
- can reach doorknobs now and tries to open them
and so, so much more! He's just a delightful little Stinker Steve, at your service and well, we're completely crazy about him :) But my-oh-my what a difference just one year can make!
