Yesterday, he was feeling a smidge under the weather, the story of his life the past week or so, so we decided to take his giftcards from his birthday and buy him some outside toys to perk up his spirits. Jackman is no ordinary kiddo so we couldn't just get him an ordinary "Cozy Coupe", so we got him the jacked up truck version and it is oh-so, so cute! We had such a terrific time crusin' around the block, hollerin' at alllllll the ladies in his fancy new ride (thanks Daddy Braddy for putting it together!).
Also, we love Spring because of the warm weather that allows us to indulge Jack in his favorite pasttime: being outside. He adores the outdoors so anytime it's warm, we are trying to do everything possible outdoors...from eating dinner, to washing cars, to swinging, to talking walks...we are out and about and our boy is loving every minute of it which makes us eager beavers for summertime and being poolrats every single day (something tells me one Mr. Jack Thomas is going to L-O-V-E, love, loooooooooooove the pool seeing as how he dove into the bathtub the other night fully clothed...yes friends, our guy loves his splish splashing tub time...ha!)
and Mommy and Daddy got a date night this past weekend to Daddy's annual bank auction in Cincy! It was nice to get away but we missed our babe so much and absolutely could not wait to get home and see him...of which we took him shopping for the toys and truck you saw pictured above :)
